Own the transcript
Capture both sides of the call, keep speaker labels editable, and turn the conversation into a record you can inspect.
Note-takers tell you what happened after it's over. Parley listens live, flags what just happened, and suggests what to say next — while you can still act.

Built for conversations where generic notes are not enough
Powered by the providers you choose
No lock-in. Bring your own keys and swap any provider as models improve, costs change, or privacy requirements shift — Parley stays the meeting layer.
Most meeting tools ship a fixed note format and a fixed model. Parley is built for teams that need their own prompts, their own providers, and their own definition of what matters.
Capture both sides of the call, keep speaker labels editable, and turn the conversation into a record you can inspect.
Build evaluation templates for negotiation risk, sales qualification, missed objections, follow-ups, or anything your workflow requires.
Ask what happened, what was missed, what to push on next, or what changed. Answers stay grounded in the transcript.
Use the transcription vendor and model provider that fit your cost, privacy, language, and latency needs.
Three steps from a live conversation to insight you can act on — without changing how you run the meeting.
Pick the STT provider and model provider you want. Parley stays the meeting layer, not another closed AI bundle.
Use templates for sales, negotiation, hiring, or diligence, then edit the prompts until they match your process.
Watch transcript, questions, flags, and follow-ups update while you stay focused on the person in front of you.
The same transcript can power different playbooks: sales qualification, negotiation risk, hiring signal, diligence follow-up, or your own internal rubric.
Parley separates speakers, keeps names editable, and gives every downstream insight something concrete to cite.

Evaluations and to-dos become reusable templates: MEDDICC, negotiation terms, interview rubrics, diligence questions, or anything else.

Stopping a meeting lands on its report: the brief with clickable timestamps, both sides' commitments, action items, final deal intelligence, and your delivery scorecard — on one scroll, saved with the recording.

Deals span many calls. The account workspace keeps a living dossier per company — stakeholders and stances, deal threads on a pipeline, and atomic intel cards with sources, confidence, and freshness.

Parley isn't only for calls. Hold your push-to-talk key in any app, speak, and release — your words are transcribed with your own provider and dropped right where your cursor is.
The same fast, private transcription that powers your meetings, available system-wide — fire off a message, a note, or a prompt without touching the keyboard.

Not every meeting happens on a call. Parley for iPhone records the room you are sitting in — the coffee shop, the customer's office, the table where nobody is opening a laptop — and the transcript arrives while people are still talking.
One microphone, speakers separated automatically. Recording never starts until you confirm everyone present has agreed, and a finished recording survives a dead network — it queues on the phone and syncs itself later.

Recordings and transcripts sync to the same Parley account, so a meeting you captured at a table opens on the desktop with the full report behind it — timestamps, commitments, action items, deal intelligence, delivery scorecard.

Parley runs a local Model Context Protocol server. Point Claude — or any MCP client — at it and query the live call as it happens, with the AI app you already use.
No extra key inside Parley — connect the assistant you already pay for and let it read the running transcript, then ask "what did they commit to?" or "what haven't I asked yet?" grounded in the meeting.
# Connect your MCP client — keep Parley open
claude mcp add --transport http parley \
http://127.0.0.1:3011/mcp
The exact endpoint (and a ready-to-paste command) lives in Settings → MCP Server.
Use Parley as the interface layer for meeting notes and analysis. Swap providers as models improve, costs change, or privacy requirements shift.
Download Parley for macOS, add the providers you want in Settings, and start shaping it around your meetings. Free and open source.
Bring your preferred transcription and AI provider keys. Local model routes are supported where available.
