遇到登入、錄音、同步或錄音庫問題時，先保留錯誤畫面、發生時間與 app 版本；這些資訊能讓我們更快定位問題。

iOS 常見問題

為什麼無法開始錄音？

先登入 Parley，接著在 iPhone「設定 → Parley」允許麥克風。Parley 只錄取房間麥克風，不會錄電話或其他 app 的系統音訊。

同步失敗時錄音會不見嗎？

不會。完成的錄音會先保存在 app 的安全佇列，成功同步才會移除。回到網路後開啟 app，或在「設定 → 同步」按下重試。

如何查看或搬移錄音？

到「錄音庫」選擇個人或組織範圍；長按一筆錄音即可移到資料夾、分享至組織、搬移至組織或刪除。

語音鍵盤怎麼開？為什麼要「完整取用權限」？

到「設定 → 一般 → 鍵盤 → 鍵盤 → 加入新鍵盤」選 Parley 語音，再點進去開啟「允許完整取用權限」。鍵盤本身不能錄音，它需要這項權限才能把工作交給 Parley app、並取回逐字稿；鍵盤不會連網，也不會記錄你打的任何字。不開啟這項權限時，鍵盤仍保留基本按鍵可用。

可以切換 app 的語言嗎？

Parley 支援繁體中文與英文，預設跟隨 iPhone 的語言。只想單獨改 Parley，到 iPhone「設定 → Parley → 語言」選擇即可。

Recording won't start

Sign in to Parley first, then allow the microphone in iPhone Settings → Parley. Parley records the room through the microphone only. It cannot record phone calls, FaceTime, or audio from other apps — iOS provides no API for that to any third-party app.

Does a failed sync lose the recording?

No. A finished recording is held in an on-device queue and is only removed once it has synced. Open the app when you are back online, or retry from Settings → Sync.

Browsing and moving recordings

Open Library and pick the personal or organization scope. Press and hold a recording to move it into a folder, share a copy to an organization, move it to an organization, or delete it.

Setting up the voice keyboard, and why it needs Full Access

Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Parley Voice, then open it and turn on Allow Full Access. A keyboard extension cannot record audio, so Full Access is what lets it hand the work to the Parley app and get the transcript back. The keyboard itself never opens a network connection and never records or stores what you type. Without Full Access it still works as a basic key row.

Changing the app's language

Parley ships in English and Traditional Chinese and follows your iPhone's language. To change it for Parley alone, go to iPhone Settings → Parley → Language.
